Q: What time can we arrive and what time do we have to leave?

Arrival - Check in after 4pm (unless otherwise agreed), you will receive information on how to enter the property ? weeks before arrival

Departure - You will need to leave promptly at 10am, as the scheduled cleaners/changeover will happen soon after the party leaves, in preparation for the next booking.

Q: Hello, can I just quickly ask how much space there is for parking? I drive a large people carrier and wanted to check that there would also be space for my partner's car as well.
A: There is comfortably enough space for 3 cars through the arch, though you can definitely fit 4. However, the arch was built over150 years ago when cars were small, so it is tight. We have a large Volvo XC90 and we can easily get it through the arch.
Q: Hi there, is there anywhere for me to charge our electric car.
A: Absolutely, we have two outdoor 3 pin sockets, which you are welcome to use. They are situated to the left of the large blue sliding barn door which is through the arch. However, you will need to bring your car's own charging cable.
Q: Hi. I see you offer some baby products such as a high chair so I just wanted to ask if the property is suitable for a 8 month old? My child has just learnt to crawl and has become quite the explorer!
A: Hello, yes we have accommodated for children of all ages in the past but we don't have stair gates and we do have two flights of stairs.
N.B Particular attention needs to paid at on the landing at the top of the circular staircase. Also while we have a lovely garden for you to enjoy as well as being able to use the barn with the sliding door (ping pong table) and the studio next to it (shower and pool table), we have many traditional barns which are not suitable for children play in and we ask that they are strictly out of bounds.

Q: Good Morning. We would like to bring my elderly parents on holiday with us. My father uses two sticks to walk around and at home sleeps downstairs to avoid the staircases. Would you recommend us coming to your property.
A: Thank you for your email. We do have a lovely and very generous downstairs bedroom, which also has an ensuite bathroom so he wouldn't have to go up a flight of stairs at all. However, there are two steps down to the ensuite bathroom which he would have use. This bathroom is a really good size with a shower, no bath which hopefully would suit him. To access the rest of the downstairs he would have to go up two steps as well but the rest of the living areas are all on the one level. It is not wheelchair friendly i'm afraid.
